I recently bought a townhouse in Markham with the very capable assistance of Lily Villa – one of your highly professional Sales Representatives.
As a first time buyer, I was completely unaware of many of the most elemental aspects of a home purchase. Furthermore, 2007 was a very hectic year for me personally. A couple of months after we started house hunting an unanticipated career change necessitated an alteration of my home requirements as far as location, size and cost was concerned.
Lily and I worked together for several months. We visited no less than twenty-five condos, townhouses and lofts during this period. Although I have known Lily for several years I was quite fearful that her patience would eventually wear out – and that she would simply give up on me. However, throughout the entire time we were reviewing prospect matches, visiting locations and discussing my changing requirements Lily was always supportive, helpful and encouraging. We eventually found a great townhouse very close to my new office and closed the deal with very favourable terms.
Additionally, Lily made a number of excellent suggestions regarding financing and legal services; she was very receptive to my numerous questions; and she was particularly effective in her role as a liaison between me and the sellers’ representatives.
I am taking the time to write this account of my Harvey Kalles experience because I believe Lily’s diligence deserves commendation and praise. She looked out for my interests from start to finish and I cannot imagine that I would be a home owner today without her assistance.
